Doggo Eats is designed to provide information about food safety for dogs, but it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

While we strive to provide accurate information, our database may not be comprehensive, and some foods may be miscategorized or have specific circumstances that make them more or less dangerous.

Always consult with a qualified veterinarian before introducing new foods to your dog's diet, especially if your dog has existing health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

If you believe your dog has ingested something toxic, contact your veterinarian or pet poison control immediately rather than relying solely on our app.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doggo Eats and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Doggo Eats.

5. User-Generated Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, images, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Doggo Eats, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Reliance on food safety information provided through the Service
• Any harm, injury, illness, or death to your dog or any other animal as a result of information obtained through our Service

You acknowledge and agree that our Service is intended for informational and guidance purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying any information provided through our Service with a qualified veterinary professional before acting upon it.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
